Zinc coating or plating is used to protect steel from corrosion. This involves the electrodeposition of a thin coating of zinc metal onto another metal such as steel or copper etc. This zinc coating prevents oxygen reaching the base metal below preventing corrosive invasion.
Along side rack plating we also offer Barrel plating for high quantities of small parts. All plating and zinc coating services we offer conform to ISO0281.
